Wabash Valley's Raul Vega rounded third base in the last of the second Saturday in the Warriors game against Muscatine, Iowa.

The Wabash Valley College baseball Warriors came from behind here Saturday to take a 6-4 victory over Muscatine, Iowa.

Wabash Valley scored a run in the first but Muscatine tallied twice in the second. The Warriors tie it in the third and took a 3-2 lead with a fourth-inning run. Wabash Valley made it 4-0 in the last of the seventh.

Muscatine, however, tied it with two in the eight. The Warriors then broke the tie with two in its eighth.

J.T. Stenftenagel started for WVC and went 7.0 innings. He gave up two runs, both earned, on six hits and a walk with five strike outs. Tory Doerr gave up two runs, both earned on a hit and a walk. Keith Butler got the win. He went 2.0 innings and gave up three hits with a strikeout.

Gale started for Muscatine and went 4.1 innings. He gave up three runs, all earned, on seven hits and six walks with two strike outs. Gale hit two batters. Zelisko wet 3.0 innings and gave up a run, earned, on two hits and six walks. Zelisko hit one batter. Robinson took the loss. He went two-thirds of an inning and gave up two runs, neither earned, with one strikeout.

Ryan Santos and Casey Dishman were both two for three to lead the WVC hitting. Each drew two walks, each stole a base and each scored a run. Santos also had an RBI.

Rijos and Ortiz were both two for four to lead Muscatine. Each had two RBIs and Ortiz scored a run.
